Prostatic Cancer: All men over 50 should get a rectal prostate exam and a PSA blood test annually

Colon Cancer: Everyone over 55 years of age should get a colonoscopy every 5 years

Breast Cancer: All women over the age of 55 years of age and women with close relatives should have an annual mammogram. All women should do monthly self breast exam and any lumps should be investigated

Cervical Cancer: All women that are sexually active should get annual PAP smears done.
